Keith Smilon is the owner and founder of Smilon Appraisals, LLC.  A Residential Real Estate Appraiser for the past 21+ years he is Certified in New York and New Jersey.  While he is the only fulltime appraiser, he has a network of Residential Real Estate Appraisers that he works with and also recommendations for Commercial Appraisers as well.

Keith is also a USCG Boat Captain and avid fisherman.
