These presentations allow seasoned and new Realtors to ask about the appraisal process and Smilon Appraisals, LLC can provide detailed "pro tips" for the realtor when they meet the appraiser at the property, how to prepare, what to bring with them, what to do if the appraisal does not support the contract price and many other details about comparable searches, ANSI measuring standards, etc.
